Scholarships

At the 2006 celebration, Victoria Hertko, chair of the Iowa Nurses Foundation, announced that the sponsorship money remaining after covering the cost of the event would fund a new scholarship program.  The 100 Great Iowa Nurses Scholarships promote professional nursing in Iowa by supporting the continued education of future nurse leaders.  Applicants may be full- or part-time students attending an approved program leading to an ADN, BSN, or MSN in Nursing, or a PhD in Nursing or a related field, such as education.
